Commercial Case Study: Boca West Country Club
The Boca West Country Club was a full remodel of the clubhouse orchestrated by Kast Construction. The project was a high end finish out with acid etched doors for the gang showers. The marble face plate was just over 1 inch thick. The look of the gang showers depended upon the doors being mounted to face plate. Shower Doors Unlimited provided the expertise to design and manufacture a custom hinge. The hinge sandwiched the marble with a back plate. The finishing hardware utilized a sex bolt giving a very smooth and integrated look.

Commercial Case Study: “W” Hotel, Ft. Lauderdale
The “W” Hotel project managed by Hunt Construction, was comprised of both residential and hotel units. The residences required a unique acid etched toilet enclosure worthy of a such a high finish unit. After many design proposals, Shower Doors Unlimited developed a no sill slider assembly using components from several different manufacturers. The result is a unique and dramatic toilet enclosure with one fixed panel and one sliding door with a custom SDU developed handle. Additionally, the custom design saved considerable cost to the owner. Value engineering is more than just smaller glass. Marine Case Study: Sea Filly Yacht
Marine work is difficult and challenging. The Sea Filly project was a retrofit of an existing enclosure that had corrosion and ill fitting doors. Shower Doors Unlimited was called in to remove and retrofit the his and hers unit with a new mounting posts. After a careful removal and designing a new post, the new assembly was installed. The closing mechanism selected required a UV bonding to the glass. The finish product not only looked great, but sealed exceptionally as well.

| Health Care Case Study: Holy Cross Hospital Hospice Rooms |
| Holy Cross Hospital wanted to provide a clean and comfortable shower for the hospice patience. SDU was contracted to install frameless shower doors in the remodeled bathrooms. Not only is the door more attractive, it drastically reduces bacteria and cleaning solvent usage.
